National Operations Assistant at Hotpoint Appliances Ltd

Job Purpose

• Ensures streamlined operations, cost -effectiveness and adherence to organizational objectives by ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in managing all aspects of operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and process optimization.

Roles and responsibilities

• Optimize internal processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align operations with overall business goals.
• Support the key account professionals, providing guidance, and back office facilitation.
• Manage budget to align with the goals of the business.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in operations.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management roles, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and results oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to work within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
