Onboarding Project Lead (Hospitality) at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Requirements:

• Manage physical onboarding process of new listings, enlisting of new properties and ensure they are of the company’s quality and standards.
• Develop and utilize local third-party vendors and community relationships to aid in the onboarding process.
• Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Co-ordinate & manage the online brand experience for the company’s portfolio.
• Organizing photo shoots of the properties as per the company’s standards
• Formulate pricing strategy in line with the product and competition analysis in liaison with the field reservations team (new projects)
• Manage the client experience and relationship as per the company’s onboarding standards.
• Upsell extra services for interior design to potential homeowners.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in project management
• Must have experience scheduling and budgeting for projects.
• Task management and reporting
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Be a good communicator and adaptable.
