    People Coordinator

    What You’ll Do

    As the People Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, playing a role to strengthen our team. Reporting to the Director of Talent and Development, you will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and well-being, ensuring that our people feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and success as we continue to scale and evolve.

    • Champion Employee Experience: Be the driving force behind initiatives that enhance our workplace culture, making Rescue.co a place where people are excited to work, build, and excel
    • Optimize People Operations: Utilize cutting-edge HRIS and technology platforms to streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the board. Currently, we use Hibob as our HRIS, Perdoo as our goal-setting tool, and Workable as our ATS.
    • Maintain Excellence in Documentation: Keep employee records precise, up-to-date, and compliant with all relevant regulations, ensuring our operations are always audit-ready.
    • Elevate Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are welcomed, integrated, and set up for success from day one. Manage offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing team members.
    • Drive Engagement & Retention: Collaborate on strategies that boost employee performance, alignment, and retention. Help create a work environment where our team members are motivated, committed, and eager to contribute.
    • Support People-Related Projects: Contribute to key HR initiatives such as policy launches, performance reviews, training programs, and employee development plans, ensuring these efforts align with our broader organizational goals.
    • Foster Growth: Work closely with management to identify opportunities for employee development, helping team members advance their careers while supporting Rescue.co’s mission.
