Procurement Assistant at Sense of Africa

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Assist with timely & correct preparation & dispatch of RFQs, RFIs, RFPs and tenders.
• Liaise vendors according to task and instructions at hand.
• In charge of requisition, approval and delivery of items as per user department.
• Participate in stock take & avoid stock outs.
• Up-to-date procurement records management up to and including payment related documents.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Procurement or a relevant field is a distinct advantage.
• - 2 - 3 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, integrity, confidentiality and objectivity.
• Excellent planning skills and highly organized with attention to details.
