    Product & Business Development Manager – Technology Solutions

    We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Product & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our technology solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead efforts to identify new market opportunities, develop innovative products, and spearhead business growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape for technology solutions such as SD-WAN, IoT, Optical Sensing, Video Management, and Biometric KYC.
    • Product Development: Collaborate with the CEO to define and develop innovative technology products that align with market demands and the company's strategic objectives.
    • Product Use Case Development: Create detailed use cases to demonstrate the practical applications and benefits of our technology solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
    • Product Positioning & Pitching: Develop and implement effective product positioning strategies and craft persuasive pitches to communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients and partners.
    • Technical Proposal Development: Work closely with technical teams to develop comprehensive and technically sound proposals. Experience in technical proposal development is a strong advantage.
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships,collaborations, and sales channels, to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring that our solutions consistently deliver value.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at driving product adoption and achieving revenue targets. This includes creating compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
    • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and customize solutions that meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
    • Product Marketing: Develop and implement product marketing strategies, including go-tomarket plans, product positioning, and messaging, to effectively promote our technology solutions.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze product performance, sales metrics, and market feedback, providing regular reports to the CEO and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Strategic Planning: Play a key role in the company's strategic planning process, providing insights
    • and recommendations on product and business development initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or sales within the technology sector, with a focus on solutions such as SD-WAN, IoT, Optical Sensing, Video Management, or Biometric KYC.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology solutions, particularly in the areas mentioned above, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and provide informed recommendations.
    • Sales & Marketing Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies in a technology-driven environment.
    • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
