    QHSE Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • As the QHSE Assistant, you will support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Support QHSE Documentation
    • Monitor Compliance
    • Assist in Training and Awareness
    • Support Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification
    • Assist with QHSE Audits and Certifications
    • Report QHSE Performance
    • Incident Reporting and Investigation
    • Contribute to Environmental Management

    Requirements:
    Education:

    • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a QHSE role or similar position within the facilities management or related industry.

    Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with QHSE standards and regulations, including ISO 45001, 22000 ,14000 and environmental regulations.
    • Understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation processes.

    Skills:

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
    • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent health and safety certification.
    • Internal auditor training for ISO 45001 or ISO 9001 would be an advantage.
