Quality Assurance Officer at Bridge Talent Management

About the Job 

• We are looking for a Quality Assurance Agent to join our team and oversee the quality of collection on mobile lending products.

Responsibilities

• On-ground checking and monitoring if the collectors are sticking to the process.
• On-ground checking any misbehavior on the collectors.
• Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
• Make recommendations for improvement.
• Create training materials and operating manuals.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Collection Quality Assurance Agent or similar role
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Solid knowledge of the mobile loans collection process and KPI
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
