    Quality Assurance Technician

    About The Role.

    BURN is seeking to hire a QA Technician to support quality in standard processes and ensure compliance. The candidate works with the QC team and manufacturing staff to ensure inspection and testing procedures are implemented and maintained. He/she will assist in the development of standards to meet quality requirements.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Support the New Product Development (NPD) & Operations team by collecting test data, drafting reports, and giving quality feedback throughout the test period.
    • Ensure the technical documents required for production meet document control and revision requirements.
    • Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects.
    • Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.
    • Conduct an audit on quality jigs and fixtures, tools, and equipment to ensure they are calibrated and up to date.
    • Ensure that products meet the organization, customers’ quality, and product integrity requirements.
    • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
    • Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Good Microsoft office skills.
