Position Overview

• As a Real Estate Agent specializing in high-end properties, your primary responsibility will be to find, list, and sell luxury properties in Westlands, Lavington, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Kitisuru, Muthaiga, Runda, and Karen. You will leverage your market knowledge and networking skills to attract and engage high-end clients, providing them with personalized service throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities

Property Acquisition and Listing:

• Identify, evaluate, and source high-end properties in targeted neighborhoods.
• Conduct property valuations and market analyses to determine competitive pricing.
• List properties on our website with compelling descriptions, professional photography, and virtual tours.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying process, from initial consultation to closing.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the features and benefits of each listing.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties to high-net-worth individuals.
• Utilize social media, networking events, and online platforms to reach potential buyers and enhance property visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Negotiation and Sales:

• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, striving to achieve optimal results for both buyers and sellers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide post-sale support, maintaining relationships with clients for potential future business and referrals.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
• Analyze client feedback and market data to refine strategies for property acquisition and sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably with a focus on high-end properties.
