Residential Caretaker at Brites Management

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical fixes.
• Ensure all common areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling
• Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Escalate more complex issues to appropriate management or specialist contractors as required.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of tenant concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Report any significant issues or potential hazards to the building management.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating outside contractors for major repairs or renovations.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 2 plus years experience as a Building Caretaker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks as required.
