Job Purpose:

Responsible for facilitating efficient client administration, communication and document management. The jobholder is responsible for client correspondences, data capture and document management to ensure efficiency, timeliness and effective client servicing

Key responsibilities

1. Open SRs follow up
2. Complaints report & follow up
3. Create Accounts
4. Create and Amend RMs on the system
5. Closing CS interactions in Siebel
6. Review of contract notes, statements, business confirmations/appreciations
7. Follow up with individuals that have assigned interactions to CS to close issues
8. Mass Communication
9. Receipting
10. Suspense report follow-up
11. Support AMC UG as per the hub and spoke model
12. Inflows Management
13. Amendment and update of client static data
14. Emails management
15. Preparation and dispatch of client correspondences
16. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
17. Delegated Authority:  As per the approved Delegated Authority Matrix

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

1. Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
2. 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position

Technical/ Functional competencies

1. Knowledge of investment classes
2. Effective negotiation skills
3. Excellent organisational and analytical skills
4. Report writing skills.
