Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Syokimau. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including promoting and selling various loan products, handling customer inquiries, processing loan applications, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Associate will also be expected to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Note, that this job is purely based on commission
• Prefferably applicants from Mlolongo, Syokimau, Athiriver, pipeline, Embakasi areas.
