Sales Associate (Retail) at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities

• Serving clients in the shop.
• Dealing with customer enquiries.
• Inputting sales and shipments into the sales systems.
• Dealing with emails.
• Placing orders with our other locations – Europe and other parts of Africa.
• Sending out daily reports.
• Stock takes in the shop and the outlets.
• Polishing and cleaning Silver, cleaning the shop daily, and arranging flowers for the shop.
• Handling weekly reports
• Travel to other outlets in Nairobi and Kenya

Qualifications:

• Degree in Customer Service/Sales or a related field
• 2 years experience in a similar position
• Exemplary attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Should be willing to attend events held by the company
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales person
• Organized and punctual
• Good Team player
• Excellent Computer skills
