    Sales Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a background in architecture and interior design to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, project management, and client relations. This role will involve coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and design.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Support

    • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the architecture and interior design industry.
    • Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in proposals and project plans.
    • Track sales leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.

    Client Coordination

    • Serve as a liaison between clients, sales representatives, and the design team, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and professional responses.

    Project Management Support

    • Assist in the coordination of project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that any changes are communicated to all stakeholders.
    • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that client expectations are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, design specifications, and progress reports.

    Administrative Tasks

    • Manage the sales team's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
    • Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal meetings, providing insights into sales performance and opportunities.
    • Maintain and organize the sales department’s files, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

    Qualifications

    Educational Background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certifications in project management or sales coordination are a plus.

    Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry.
    • Strong understanding of architecture and interior design principles, materials, and project workflows.
    • Experience working with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) is advantageous.

    Skills

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with CRM systems specific to the architecture and design industry.
    • Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
    • Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
