    Sales Executive (Leisure)

    Job Description

    Novotel Nairobi Westlands, an Accor brand, is committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences. Our hotel, located in the heart of Westlands, Nairobi, offers state-of-the-art facilities and unparalleled service to our esteemed guests. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to manage relationships with travel agents and tour companies.

    Role Overview:

    As a Sales Executive for Leisure segment, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with travel agents and tour companies to drive business to our hotel. You will play a crucial role in promoting Novotel Nairobi Westlands, ensuring that our offerings are top-of-mind for industry partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and tour companies.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize room sales and revenue.
    • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and hotel site inspections for potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions.
    • Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in BA (Sales & Marketing) or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Highly self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
    • Familiarity with the travel and tourism market in Nairobi and East Africa is a plus
