    Sales Manager (Medical Equipment)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell the company’s medical equipment products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Monitor and manage the performance of medical representatives, ensuring their presence and accountability in the market.
    • Conduct weekly sales meetings to evaluate, assist, and monitor representatives’ market presence and performance.
    • Review and analyze weekly sales reports to ensure that accounts receive adequate attention and that sales strategies are properly executed.
    • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve company objectives.
    • Oversee sales administration tasks, including tracking quotes/tenders, assisting in account collections, and managing reports and expenses.
    • Participate in tender submissions, including conducting price research and managing orders once tenders are awarded.
    • Manage logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with regional customs and licensing requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Must have a degree in medicine or a related field.
    • Proven track record of performance in sales and leadership.
    • Strong attention to detail in sales administration and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to meet steep targets and ensure the sales team achieves the same.
    • Strong self-drive, commercial awareness, and ability to identify and establish new business opportunities.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records and prepare regular marketing reports.
    • High level of integrity and accountability, with a strong work ethic.
    • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
