    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive product awareness and sales growth.
    • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors in the industry.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials tailored for sales-led campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for collaborations.
    • Coordinate and oversee the execution of sales-led events, product launches, and other promotional activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Communications, accounts and finance, or a related field.
    • Must have at least 5 years of experience managing direct and indirect sales, marketing, or a related role within the software or technology sector.
    • Must have a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving results.
