    Sales & Marketing Executive (Hardware & Construction Tools)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and target potential hardware shop clients within the assigned territory.
    • Develop and execute strategies to close new business deals and expand market presence.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our hardware and construction tools.
    • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Ensure that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time from the factory to the hardware shops.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the factory to prevent any supply chain disruptions.
    • Follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and address any discrepancies.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve products and services.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Travel frequently within the assigned industrial area to meet with clients and conduct fieldwork.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed.

    KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

    • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hardware or construction tools sector.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
