    Sales Team Leaders

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develops and executes sales and collection strategy to achieve agreed KPIs and sales & collection targets
    • Leads the sales forecasting, planning, budgeting process and target setting for the Company
    • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales & collection process improvement and works to ensure all sales & collection objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
    • Recruit, manage and develop a team of efficient sales executives through ongoing performance management and measurement of agreed KPI metrics
    • Support and manage the training needs and design programs for the team along with the HR department
    • Develop and implement sales strategy. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensuring that the company maintains a strong industry presence.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the sales Team.
    • Meet your Target and those of the team as a whole.
    • Assist in the smooth running of the section and its team.
    • Ensure continuous and thorough training of sales agents through mastery of product knowledge.
    • Perform competitor analysis to determine optimal pricing, price review and surveys to ensure profitability and sustainability.
    • Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads/prospects, pricing sales and activities.
    • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff and other partners.
    • Ensure client complaint resolution and excellent customer service
    • Report on the performance of team members and mission-related goals.

    Key requirements, skills and qualifications

    • Must have 3years Experience in sales especially in Media Industry
    • Must have Team Leadership Experience
    • Fast and Accurate
    • People Management Skills 
    • Diploma in Business Management or Cooperative Management or any Business-related course.
