    Senior Assistant Human Resources Officer

    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Assistant Human Resources Officer at Communications Authority of Kenya. The role involves HR management, policy development, employee relations, and job description creation.
    Qualifications

    • HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
    • Experience in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
