    Senior Business Development Executive

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Take responsibility and build a sales pipeline that can meet the contact center revenue targets.
    • Manage their own end to end sales process up to deal closure
    • Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients.  
    • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
    • Actively track progress toward goals and document it on the required  tools. 
    • Become fluent in the products and solutions.
    • Gain familiarity with the contact center industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative  products for our clients. 
    • Manage customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. 
    • Contribute to social media activities by contributing to articles, blogs, and posts highlighting company achievements and staff.
    • Support the implementation of project timelines, schedules, and impact measurement solutions.

    Qualifications and experience 

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Experience working in a competitive, diverse fast-paced environment. 
    • Track record of exceeding revenue targets. 
    • Good understanding of sales processes
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all  levels and in all environments.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrate capabilities to engage c-suites.
