Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and systems to enhance product capabilities.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
• Implement and optimize prompt engineering, RAG, and agents for LLMs and Generative AI.
• Utilize cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) to deploy and manage machine learning solutions.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required Skills:

•  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering.
•  At least 3 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models and systems.
•  6+ months of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
•  Proficiency in programming with Python, Langchain, and SQL.
•  Strong understanding of cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS.
•  Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business stakeholders.
