Senior Marketing Manager at Crystal Recruit

• Our client, a technology and innovation led company simplifying the lives of small and medium businesses over the last three decades is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. The role will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve the company's business objectives. The role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies, lead marketing teams, and ensuring the alignment of marketing initiatives with the company's overall goals. This role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, market analysis, and collaboration with various departments to drive brand growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate needs to be internally motivated, purpose driven and energetic enough to build something impactful.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Work closely with different departments/Streams/Initiatives to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Work closely with marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance marketing initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing executive (s), provide guidance and support
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, any opportunities.
• Handled End to End Marketing
• Managing and nurturing teams.

Requirements

• Graduate, preferably MBA in Marketing.
• 7 - 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Fintech industry highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and drive results.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions
