Senior Product Manager at M-KOPA Solar

• Working as a (Senior) Product Manager in our Repayments Group offers the chance to collaborate with very talented groups of inhouse Engineers and Designers solving real world problems that have a huge scale of impact across Africa.

• Repayments are responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience using our App that provides them with life changing products such as cash loans, insurance, and buy-now-pay-later products.

This role is for a Swahili speaker based in Kenya.

• Digital Financial Services – We are dedicated to offering our customers financial services, such as cash loans, through our M-KOPA App and across our key markets.
• Customer Experience - focused on providing the best in-app experience.
• Analytical - Data -driven running experiments to optimise funnel conversion.
• Mobile - working with a small team of Android Engineers.
• Digital channels - Responsible for direct interactions with customers, including the native Android app, SMS, and Push notifications.

• **At least 4 years post grad experience would be anticipated, level is mid or senior. 4 -6 years of exp would likely be mid level to set expectations. 6/8+ for Senior depending on type of experience.
