Job Specification:

Duties and responsibilities will entail; ( HOUSING RESEARCH)

• Collecting information for the development of research and innovation strategy/protocols/guidelines
• Drafting relevant research proposals
• Facilitating the research process
• Collecting data for various research /surveys and studies.
• Drafting reports and research findings
• Preparing and monitoring the implementation of Research and Innovation strategy and other initiatives
• Carrying out data analysis for various researches
• Drafting Innovation reports
• Developing new ideas, techniques, methodologies, approaches, practices and procedures in data analysis
• Assisting in preparing large datasets for public access

Person Specification:

For appointment to this grade, a person must have:

• At least four (4) years relevant work experience;
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Graduate member of a recognized professional body and in good standing;
• Registered with relevant professional regulatory body;
• Supervisory Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized Institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Fulfilled the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
