Applicant shall have either a BSc degree or a higher Diploma in any of the following fields Range Management, Agriculture, Dry land Agriculture or equivalent qualifications plus at least three (3) years experience at the level of Technologist grade ABC OR Comparable position for those working in field stations
Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidates shall among other assignments be expected to be in charge of day to day running of dry land farming activities at the field station, Kibwezi Sub-county, Makueni County and also to reside in the ranch (the one assigned Kibwezi filed station); coordinate field research activities in liaison with Faculty staff, assist post and undergraduate students in practicals and perform any other assignments as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
