    Social Media and Call Center Manager

    Role Overview: Managing inbound & outbound calls and major social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Strategy Development
    • Content Development & Management
    • Crisis Management
    • Making calls and engaging potential clients

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Educational background
    • Ability to create original and quality content
    • Sociable and confident personality
    • Passion for Real Estate
    • Ability to handle software such as adobe photoshop, illustrator & premiere is an added advantage.

    Additional Information:

    • This is an entry/intern job, so no need to flaunt your application documents with lengthy experience.
    • Female candidates are preffered for this role, but male candidates have also a chance of qualifying.
