    Social Media Specialist

    About the Role:

    • Our client is seeking to hire a Social Media Specialist who will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy and execution, with a proven track record of driving engagement and brand visibility through various social media platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Campaigns: Plan, implement, and develop comprehensive social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Content Creation: Craft compelling and relevant social media posts that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging.
    • Content Management: Post and manage content across all social media accounts, ensuring consistency and quality.
    • Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of running campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Reporting: Write and share detailed reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and trends.
    • Influencer Management: Manage relationships with influencers, including briefing and collaboration to enhance brand reach.
    • Agency Coordination: Brief and collaborate with agencies on campaign strategies and execution.
    • Brand Sentiment Analysis: Analyze brand sentiments across social media platforms and raise flags when necessary to address potential issues.
    • Creative Briefing: Provide clear briefs to creative teams on social media campaigns to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and emerging technologies to keep the company’s social media strategy innovative and effective.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of five years of experience in social media management and strategy.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
    • Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in influencer management and agency coordination.
    • Ability to stay current with social media trends and technologies.
