    Team Lead Engineer (Java)

    Job Summary:

    • We're looking for an experienced Team Lead Engineer with strong Java skills to lead our engineering team. As a Team Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding your team to deliver top-notch solutions, ensuring the highest quality standards, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

    Responsibilities:-

    • Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and testing Java applications
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
    • Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code submissions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design
    • Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
    • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Java development
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with software engineering principles and patterns
    • Proficiency in Java 8+, Java EE, and Spring Framework
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies
    • Bachelor's degree
