Thematic Experts at ARSIC Social Impact Consulting

About the Role.

Tasks will vary significantly and depend on individual experience levels, including: 

• Conducting in-depth desk reviews on relevant topics 
• Carrying out legal and policy analysis 
• Supporting the design of research questions and data collection tools 
• Assisting in evaluations, including data collection using appropriate guidelines and tools 
• Performing administrative tasks, including data entry 
• Other tasks as agreed for specific assignments 
• Work hours, assignment scope, and daily fee and payment modalities will be agreed for each assignment specifically. 

Required Qualification.

• Master’s degree in international development, human rights, political sciences, sociology, and/or other relevant fields 
• Relevant research, evaluation, training, and other work experience at national and international levels related to thematic expertise; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Expertise in one or more of ARSIC's focus areas listed above   
• Flexibility and ability to work across time zones (if required by the contract) and meet milestones and deadlines 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
