• The Ticketing Officer is responsible for managing ticket sales, processing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate and timely ticket issuance.

Responsibilities

• Have experience in international and local travel arrangements.
• processing of visa applications
• preparing travel itineraies
• prior experience collaborating with tours and travels agencies
• knowledge of organizing trips; individual, groups, conferences, workshops etc
• hotel booking for both individuals and groups
• MUST have experience using Galileo systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification in ticketing and reservation systems (e.g. Galileo) is a MUST
• Previous experience in ticketing, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in the travel or transportation industry is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using computerized reservation and ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
