    Business Development Executive

    Purpose of the role

    • Grow new business revenue by acquiring new customers and activating dormant customers
    • Account management by keeping existing customers buying.

    Key responsibilities: 

    • Meet established company sales targets
    • Research and identify potential leads within target industries and organizations to contribute to our pipeline. 
    • Establish rapport and build relationships with key contacts and decision-makers. 
    • Qualify these leads by uncovering customer pain points and effectively communicating how our solutions can address their needs. 
    • Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients. 
    • Gain familiarity with multiple industries, and stay updated on sales trends and innovative products for our clients.
    • Drive the end-to-end sales process.

    Requirements: 

    •  Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.  
    • 2-3 years corporate sales experience especially in technology sales.
    • Relevant degree or diploma. 
    • Experience in the financial sector
    • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. 
    • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. 
    • Great networking skills. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
    • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software such as Microsoft Suite 
    • Proficiency in CRM usage 
    • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

    Content Creator Application

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Research and stay up-to-date with industry-related topics
    • Prepare well-structured and engaging content 
    • Promote content on social media networks and monitor engagement (e.g. likes, comments and shares)
    • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content topics to address them
    • Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to create illustrations and infographics from written articles
    • Conduct keyword research and use SEO to optimize content for organic search
    • Measure web traffic (page visits and orders)
    • Update website as required

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience as a Content Creator
    • Portfolio of created works
    • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
    • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
    • An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
    • Time-management skills
    • Familiarity with SEO
    • Digital marketing experience

    Senior Business Development Executive

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Take responsibility and build a sales pipeline that can meet the contact center revenue targets.
    • Manage their own end to end sales process up to deal closure
    • Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients.  
    • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
    • Actively track progress toward goals and document it on the required  tools. 
    • Become fluent in the products and solutions.
    • Gain familiarity with the contact center industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative  products for our clients. 
    • Manage customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. 
    • Contribute to social media activities by contributing to articles, blogs, and posts highlighting company achievements and staff.
    • Support the implementation of project timelines, schedules, and impact measurement solutions.

    Qualifications and experience 

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Experience working in a competitive, diverse fast-paced environment. 
    • Track record of exceeding revenue targets. 
    • Good understanding of sales processes
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all  levels and in all environments.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrate capabilities to engage c-suites.
