    National Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across all regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the milling, baking, and retail industries, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

    IFF Operator — Transport

    Job Description

    An exciting career opportunity has arisen in our client's Sea Imports Local Department. We invite applications from individuals who are performance-driven, possess excellent transferable skills, and have a proven track record of success in previous roles.

    Based in Nairobi and reporting to Transport Manager — Nairobi, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -

    • Planning, allocation and loading supervision of trucks as per the daily load out requirements shared by IFF0s.
    • Share daily load out reports
    • Ensure accurate tracking of cargo and update relevant teams.
    • Ensure empty containers are returned to the destined shipping line depots as per the requirement/ set timelines.
    • Ensure 100% demurrage/storage recovery where transporter is liable and this is checked on daily basis.
    • Follow up on system updates with 100% accuracy and 100% freshness on daily basis.
    • Ensure l00% EDOC fillings of EIR and RCN/PODS as per the set timelines.
    • Procure and advise commercial on transport quotes.
    • Resolve transporter's payments disputes within 2 days within notification of such disputes.

    Requirements

    The applicant should possess the following qualifications: -

    • Diploma in Transport and Logistics.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a busy Logistics or C&F Company in the same position.
