    Business Development Representative (Solar)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
    • Obtain new business from existing and new customers.
    • Create, maintain and improve strong, durable & lucrative client relationships.
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
    • Achieve income revenue streams targets through effective planning, setting  goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
    • Juggle multiple account management at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
    • Ensure timely and successful services delivery in line with our customer needs and expectations.
    • Develop and Collaborate with the Technical team to identify and grow opportunities.
    • Analyze tenders & their requirements, the scope of works, check the feasibility for qualifications, financial criteria, prepare compelling proposals that will meet requirements and stand out from other bids.
    • Minimizing risk and maximizing the impact of tenders.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Civil Engineering or any other relevant fields.
    • Must have at least 3 years of in Business Development Management or Project Management in Renewable Energy sector .
    • Experience working in the East Africa market – in B2B and B2C
    • Proven track record in successful business development and/or business management
    • Experience in identifying and developing sales leads through various marketing channels
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
    • Positive mindset combined with excellent influencing and collaboration skills
    • Ideally experience and profound knowledge in the renewable energy sector
    • Willing to travel within Kenya

    ESOR Officer (Energy and Power)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ energy use, including analysing processes, equipment, and building systems.
    • Develop detailed Energy Saving Opportunity Reports (ESOR), identifying potential savings in areas such as low-hanging fruit, process and asset optimisation, and technological upgrades.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to clients, outlining cost-effective measures to improve energy efficiency.
    • Collaborate with clients to prioritise and implement recommended actions, ensuring alignment with their operational goals and sustainability objectives.
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in energy management and apply this knowledge to enhance the value of recommendations.
    • Present findings and strategies to clients, clearly communicating the benefits and potential impact of proposed changes.
    • Monitor the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and measure their effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
    • Must have at least 4 years of experience in energy management, with a strong track record of identifying and implementing energy-saving measures.
    • A professional certification in energy management (e.g., CEM, CMVP) is a plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of energy systems, technologies, and efficiency strategies.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to
    • non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficient in the use of energy management software and tools.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Dispatch & Logistics Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the daily scheduling of drivers and ensure delivery targets are met.
    • Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the delivery process.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
    • Responsible for meeting on-time performance requirements.
    • Resolve transportation problems with urgency and professionalism.
    • Record and document information from drivers and distribute it to appropriate departments.
    • Develop and implement dispatch strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
    • Conduct regular audits of dispatch and logistics processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain/transportation function or business-related course.

    • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a dispatch and logistics manager for the logistics sector.
    • Must have thorough knowledge of logistics operations procedures & processes.
    • Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
    • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be self-driven, focused and goal oriented which includes ability to work remotely.
    • Able to work in a variable shift pattern with hours that may vary according to operational need.

    Operations/Production Manager (Meat Processing)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee workforce, site, and factory maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Generate operational reports for the management team and the board.
    • Conduct regular stock takes and generate weekly and monthly stock reports for the management and sales team.
    • Ensure production meets sales demand and notify management of any over-production or under-production issues.
    • Ensure the production process, including slaughter, butchery, and processing, follows company policy and guidelines.
    • Oversee the collection of grading and yield data on individual animals and ensure timely availability of this data to the management team.
    • Maintain strong communication channels to ensure accurate and prompt production of stock and orders.
    • Work with the QA officer to ensure the highest standards of quality, food safety, and health standards throughout the production process. Notify management of any issues observed.
    • Maintain sufficient stocks of packaging and other consumables, track consumption trends, and manage timely re-orders in coordination with the Finance Manager and GM.
    • Ensure smooth operation of equipment, maintain inspection and regular maintenance records, and notify the GM of any issues promptly.
    • Maintain a register for all licenses, including Single Business Permit, NEMA, OSH, KEBS, HALAL, Slaughterhouse License, etc., and renew all licenses as required.
    • Recommend, develop, and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency, quality, health, and safety.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the meat industry as an operations or production manager.
    • Must have strong problem-Solving, communication and data analysis skills.
    • Must demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications and other relevant software.
    • Strong understanding of operational efficiency, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
