    Sales Executive - Automotive

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Maintaining and developing strong, sustainable relationships with key clients & corporate clients.
    • Provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.
    • Develop and maintain an extensive customer database.
    • Gather market and client information, and following up with visits to develop new business.
    • Being responsible for individual sales target.
    • Assisting the manager in implementing sales strategies for the company.

    Qualification :

    Chef - Sandwich

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepares sandwiches to individual order of customers: Receives sandwich orders from customers.
    • Slices cold meats and cheese by hand or machine.
    • Selects & cut bread, i.e white, whole wheat, or rye, & toasts or grills bread, according to order.
    • Place meat or filling & garnish, such as chopped or sliced onion and lettuce, between bread slices.
    • Prepares garnishes for sandwiches, such as sliced tomatoes and pickles.
    • Cook, mix, and season ingredients to make dressings, fillings, and spreads.
    • Fry hamburgers, bacon, steaks, and eggs for hot sandwiches.
    • Ensure that meat portions are correct.
    • Ensure consistency amongst sandwiches with sauces, bread, bacon, etc.
    • Ensure that special orders are followed, especially regarding allergies.
    • Ensure that trays are adequately clean for sandwiches.
    • Ensure that trays sent into the oven do not have too many or too few sandwiches.
    • Keep a mental or physical note of low stock items.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree/diploma in food production from a reputable institution
    • Minimum 3 years of chef experience working for 5 star restaurant/hotel(s).
    • A passion for good food.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
    • Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
    Must have a professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Computer literate.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.

    Legal Officer

    The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience in corporate, preferably banking or in a law firm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of resources in the Legal department.
    • Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
    • Progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with external advocates.

    Business Development Manager

    The successful candidate MUST have strong BDM experience and be able to analyze and manage the financial information for the Company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Budget and collect payments in consultation with the Kenya Country Director.
    • Prepare operational/financial reports in line with strategic objectives.
    • Analyze financial information to better predict profitability and cash position.
    • Attainment of Business Sales Targets with a monthly target of brand and accessories.
    • Customer service to current clients and prospects.
    • Customer Database management and Analysis of productivity data of field staff for decision-making.
    • Drafting of Concept notes and Proposal for onward approval by Country Director.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor ‘s degree is required in Business, Economic, Marketing or Accounting.
    • Management consulting and project management experience preferred.
    Must have experience in Grant Proposal writing and concept preparation for funding.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Accounting software, and ERP software.
    Must be extreme familiar with the purpose and interaction between the major financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
    • Local knowledge and experience dealing with public, NGO and private sector institutions.
    • Must be willing to travel.

    Talent Acquisition Manager

    The successful candidate Must have a strong retail/commercial experience in a multicultural set-up with an understanding of the full-cycle of recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct organisational structure review, job design, development of job descriptions among others.
    • Establishing on-going relationships with hiring managers.
    • Understand hiring managers business and recruitment needs and fill their open position.
    • Hiring applicants through job postings, networking, employee referrals among others.
    • Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance.
    • Review resumes, screen, and interview job applicants to fill all level of job openings.
    • Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Perform reference checks and manage background check process.
    • Lead salary negotiations with potential hires before sending out an offer.
    • Track recruiting metrics.
    • Building alumni database to create strong referral external pipeline.
    • Driving campus recruitments to kick start the graduate trainee programs.
    • Build pipeline for entry level positions.

    Qualifications:

    Must have a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field.
    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manger.
    Must have 5 years plus relevant experience in recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
    • Proficient use of social media and job boards.
    Must have working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and databases.
    Must be computer literate.
    Must have people management skills.
    Must be well organized and an excellent communicator.
    • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
