    Branch Manager

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management.
    • Grow and monitor branch’s liability and asset portfolios to achieve business targets. 
    • Grow the customer base, ensure retention of existing customers through high level of customer satisfaction and cross selling.
    • Overall management of the branch through efficient utilization of resources. 
    • Delivery of excellent customer service through maintenance of high service standards.
    • Ensure compliance to Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework.
    • Motivate, coach, and develop a high performing team.
    • Champion digital migration in the branch.

    The Person 

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: - 

    • A University Degree from a recognized institution. 
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in General Banking; 4 years of which one should have been a Branch Manager.h
    • Experience in Sales, Personal/Business/or Retail Banking. 
    • Experience Credit Analysis and administration. 
    • Experience in Bank operations covering Cash Management, Clearing, Accounts and Administration.  
    • Demonstrated consistent high performance in role(s) held in the last three years. 
    • A thorough knowledge of Retail Banking products and services, and extensive Banking Industry knowledge. 
    • Excellent high quality interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to network and develop strong business relations. 
    • A good understanding of risk, credit policies and procedures. 
    • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated competences in championing high performance management.
    • Excellent planning, organization, problem solving and analytical skills.

    Product Configuration Specialist

    Job Description

    • Gain a deep understanding of the banks digital platforms working with vendors and the Technology team to define the platform roadmap, customizations and change requests. 
    • Analyzing and documenting requirements for new products and services and associated controls, customer journeys and notifications, arising from new business or customer requests
    • Support the progression of change requests from product managers and business users to testing, prototyping, deployment, and regression tests post deployment
    • Work with different stakeholders including Technology, Risk, Customer Experience and Operations team in ensuring DFS product delivery standards are adhered to
    • Support channels systems to ensure system health and resolve customer queries raised.
    • Maintain good quality documentation of configuration changes made on the platforms including roles and permissions matrix of the platforms
    • Support deployment, configurations and support for channels systems.

    Manager Finance Systems and Transformation

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Champion financial analytics by empowering business partners, finance analysts, and business users to inform and drive financial performance.
    • Serve as the finance lead for the functional administration of finance systems. 
    • Drive the continued evolution of the finance systems, tools and processes, supporting finance users in budgeting, controlling, and reporting.
    • Lead the systems change process by thoroughly reviewing existing systems and tools and identifying any gaps in requirements, identifying options for upgrades and improvements. 
    • Work collaboratively with the technology team to manage, support, and integrate the bank’s customer transacting systems with the ERP and other finance systems for financial reporting data.
    • Ensure efficient maintenance and operation of finance systems, to provide optimum functionality, ensure data integrity and security in liaison with IT division.
    • Drive automation of data capturing in ERP/finance systems, recording, analysis, and reporting to enhance efficiency of finance systems' users.
    • In conjunction with technology division, ensure closure of internal and external audit recommendations on control procedures related to finance systems.
    • Plan for and work with finance users, technology, and system vendors to ensure system changes and upgrades are planned, tested, and implemented. Provide assurance that system modifications and/or upgrades are successfully tested before implementation.
    • Ensure that user access rights are administered as per staff roles, promoting dual control and integrity of transactions and system usage. Work with technology Division to control access to financial systems data. 

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Computer Science, or IT related course from a recognized university.
    • Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) certification
    • Minimum of five (5) years' working experience in Oracle ERP database and functional administration.
    • At least four (4) years' experience working with Business Intelligence solutions.
    • Practical experience in implementing systems' upgrades
    • At least four (4) years' experience in leading a team and managing multi-level stakeholders
    • Experience in financial analysis and performance management
    • Experience in finance risk management
