    Aesthetician

    As an aesthetician at our beauty spa, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality skincare and beauty treatments to our clients. You will provide personalized consultations, recommend appropriate services and products, and perform treatments that enhance the appearance and well-being of our clientele. Your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success and reputation of our spa.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ skincare concerns, goals, contraindications and preferences. Analyze skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens.
    • Skincare Treatments: Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, micro-dermabrasion, micro-needling and facial massages. Customize treatments based on clients’ individual needs and concerns.
    • Hair Removal: Administer waxing and/or laser services for facial and body hair removal. Ensure precision and thoroughness while minimizing discomfort for clients.
    • Product Recommendation: Educate clients about skincare products and recommend appropriate products for their specific needs. Promote retail sales of skincare products to enhance treatment results and maintain skin health.
    • Client Education: Provide comprehensive skincare advice and post-treatment care instructions to clients. Offer guidance on maintaining healthy skin through proper skincare routines and lifestyle habits.
    • Sanitation and Hygiene: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Sterilize equipment, work tools, treatment rooms, professional products used and worktops. Sanitize and dispose hazardous materials properly. Clean the assigned tools of the day as per the protocols guided by the sanitization guidelines and the cleaning schedule.
    • Appointment Management: Schedule and correspond with repeat clients’ via the CRM system. Phone call follow-up with clients must be conducted over the company’s official lines.
    • Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training. Seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of aesthetics.

    Qualifications:

    • State licensure or certification as an aesthetician.
    • Proven experience in performing skincare treatments in a spa or clinical setting.
    • In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and treatment modalities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

    Registered Nurse (RN)

    The Nurse will provide high-quality, professional care to clients undergoing skincare treatments, cosmetic procedures, and other aesthetic services. This role will ensure that clients receive safe and effective care and support during consultations, treatments, and post-treatment follow-ups.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in conducting initial consultations, medical assessments, and client history intake before aesthetic procedures.
    • Prepare clients for treatments by ensuring they understand the procedures, risks, and aftercare requirements.

    Operations Manager

    • To manage and control all development and operational aspects of the Spa.
    • To ensure revenues and all round targets are achieved.
    • Overall management, business development and growth of the business, and offering day to day management of all staff.
    • Day to day management of the Spa treatment bookings, software, and communication for all staff.
    • Maintain consistency in standards and planning & overseeing on-going training with all staff to include: Treatment delivery, Sales and Standards, General Standards, Motivation, Professionalism, Customer care, Attitude, Etiquette, Appearance and Overall Performance.

    Responsibilities:

    Staff Management:

    • Recruit, ensure training and supervise spa staff, including estheticians, massage therapists, medical aestheticians, and administrative personnel.
    • Develop staff schedules, manage workload distribution, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

    Customer Service:

    • Ensure all staff members provide excellent customer service and adhere to the clinic’s service standards.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction levels through feedback mechanisms and implement improvements as needed.
    • Educate clients on basic skincare routines and product usage, as per the instructions of the aesthetician(s). Stay updated on skincare product knowledge and recommend basic services or treatments under the supervision of the Director.

    Operations Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, including appointment scheduling, treatment room utilization, and inventory management.
    • Ensure adherence to operational protocols, including hygiene standards, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
    • Implement efficient workflows and procedures to optimize operational efficiency from ensuring clients keep time to wait times.

    Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage the clinic’s budget, including revenue projections, expense monitoring, and cost control measures.
    • Analyze financial performance metrics and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
    • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

    Quality Control and Compliance:

    • Maintain high standards of quality in service delivery, treatment protocols, and customer care.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any compliance issues or quality concerns.

    Marketing and Promotion:

    • Plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and marketing campaigns to increase clinic visibility and revenue.
    • Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
    • Create and develop strategic growth plans for your department to include active marketing strategies specifically to maximize treatment and retail sales, to include database letters for regular mail shots and joint design of promotional material etc.

    Technology and Systems Management:

    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems used in clinic operations, such as appointment scheduling software, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
    • Train staff on system usage and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow optimization, and service enhancements.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to spa clinic operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
    • Previous experience in a management role within the beauty spa or medical aesthetic industry.
    • Sound knowledge of Spa/ beauty industry business, knowledgeable in human resource and industry regulations.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to clinic operations.

    Personal Assistant (PA)

    • The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO and Esthetician of a beauty spa plays a dual role, providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while also assisting the esthetician with various tasks related to client care and treatment administration. This position requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a strong understanding of both administrative duties and esthetician procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, including screening calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence.
    • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips and conferences.
    • Prepare materials for meetings attended by the CEO, including agendas, presentations, and briefing documents.
    • Support the CEO’s scheduled treatments by:
    • Assisting the CEO with client appointments, including greeting clients, escorting them to treatment rooms, and preparing treatment areas.

    • Uphold the spa’s standards of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
    • Represent the CEO and esthetician in a professional manner, both in-person and in written communication.
    • Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in a beauty spa or healthcare setting.
    • Knowledge of esthetician procedures, skincare products, and spa treatments is preferred.
    • Experience in social media management is required.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
