    Paid Media Strategist (Project-Based)

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital channels, including DSP/programmatic advertising, display ads, and social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
    • Utilise data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize ad placements, and maximise ROI.
    • Negotiate and secure the most effective ad placements and competitive rates with publishers and ad exchanges.
    • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
    • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital advertising landscape.
    • Create visually appealing and informative data visualisations using Google Looker Studio and Google Slides to effectively communicate campaign performance and insights.
    • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, clearly articulating campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored paid media strategies.

    We're Looking For

    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media strategy and execution, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSP/programmatic advertising, and display ads.
    • Proficiency in using major DSP platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk) and ad servers.
    • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including real-time bidding, header bidding, and audience segmentation.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Experience with various ad formats, including banners, native ads, video ads, and social media ads.
    • Proficiency in using Google Looker Studio, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
    • A passion for digital marketing and a continuous drive to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Preferred: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.

    Social Media Strategist & Content Creator (Project Basis) (Remote)

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
    • Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with target audiences.
    • Design and develop eye-catching graphics and visual assets for social media platforms.
    • Write compelling copy for social media posts, captions, and ad copy.
    • Manage social media calendars and schedule content across various platforms.
    • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Engage with the target audience through comments, direct messages, and other social media interactions.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Create and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms.
    • Feel comfortable appearing on camera for video content creation.

    We're Looking For

    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
    • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
    • Excellent writing and copywriting abilities to create engaging content.
    • Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their algorithms.
    • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze social media performance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
    • A passion for social media and a continuous drive to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Video editing skills and experience creating video content for social media.
    • Comfort and confidence appearing on camera for video content.
