    Digital Marketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns utilizing Google Ads, analytics, and paid ads to showcase upscale properties and services.
    • Optimize the company’s online presence through effective social media marketing strategies, engaging content creation, and management of social media accounts.
    • Implement search engine optimization techniques to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic, leveraging expertise in WordPress. Manage and redesign the website to ensure it aligns with current trends and user preferences.
    • Represent the Company at industry events, managing stall setup, client interactions, and inventory control to strengthen brand presence.
    • Design and execute impactful email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, or any other tools.
    • Utilize User-Generated Content (UGC) effectively to enhance engagement and credibility.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.

    Junior IT Officer

    Job Responsibilities:

    Technical Support:

    • Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.

    System Maintenance:

    • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of computer systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience working in the Agri sector.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
    • Proficiency in building complex financial models and conducting detailed financial analysis.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Must be proficient with Kenya’s tax regime, VAT matters, and dealing with KRA on audits.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to stakeholders and investors.
    • Must be able to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the board of directors.
