    Electrical Motor Mechanic

    Key Responsibilities

    • Disassemble and assemble basic AC motors, alternators, refrigeration compressors, and pumps with precision and care.
    • Perform rotor removal, bearing assembly, and measurement of tolerances to ensure optimal functioning.
    • Execute greasing, tapping, torquing of bolts, and checking shaft run out using appropriate tools.
    • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and address technical challenges efficiently.
    • Perform preventive maintenance on electric motors, alternators, refrigeration compressors, and pumps.
    • Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to ensure optimal performance.
    • Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components with precision and expertise.
    • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
    • Generate comprehensive reports on equipment condition, performance, and recommended actions.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s Diploma or degree in Engineering or a Similar discipline
    • Must have a Minimum 3 years working in a similar role
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in recording measurements and maintenance activities.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively with colleagues and superiors.
    • Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately and implement appropriate solutions.
    • Previous experience in industries such as sugar and cement milling, power generation, or steel fabrication workshops is advantageous.
    • Transferable skills from automotive mechanics or lathe technicians are highly beneficial.

    Partner Success Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
    • Understand partners’ goals and challenges to provide tailored support and guidance.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

    Sales Manager (Medical Equipment)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell the company’s medical equipment products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Monitor and manage the performance of medical representatives, ensuring their presence and accountability in the market.
    • Conduct weekly sales meetings to evaluate, assist, and monitor representatives’ market presence and performance.
