     Description

    On behalf of our client, a Micro Credit institution, we are hiring an ambitious and energetic Relationship Officer (Loan Officer) to help them expand their business to new and existing markets. Key to the role is the ability to disburse loans and collections of loans due.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Marketing of new and existing products.
    • Advising clients on various services and products.
    • Developing and maintaining professional customer relationships.
    • Performing as key contact for selected customer relationships under client guidance.
    • Initiating apt activities to ensure on time and scheduled response to customers.
    • Helping clients to attain approval on new loans.
    • Conducting evaluation of client’s accounts; and

    Tele-Collection Specialist

     Description

    • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our dynamic collection team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients with outstanding debts, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring timely payments.

    Call Center Interns

    Description

    • 30 call center interns are needed as we have onboarded 3 new clients and the load will be shared 1st of May.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Making outbound bound calls and inbound calls
    • Sending SMS templates
    • Updating clients feedback
    • Any other duty given
