    Fare Auditor.revenue Assurance & Quality Control

    ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:

    To ensure company revenues, commissions and other traffic related transactions are accurately processed, reported and billed for in accordance with the company Accounting procedures, IATA rules and regulations and bilateral agreements.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Co-ordinate with BPO team to trace missing flights.
    • Co-ordinate with BPO team for resolution of queries.
    • Revenue Analysis and management reporting.
    • Any special business requirement.
    • Ensure that the flown financial journals are successfully interfaced
    • Contacts BPO support Team on behalf of KQ’s through the request tracker tool and/or email for support issues.
    • Liaises with various KQ departments and assists Revenue Accounting manager in monitoring financial controls and ensuring efficiency of the Revenue Accounting department.
    • Liaises with various KQ departments (commercial, operations, and finance amongst others) and communicates relevant information/ requirements for the revenue accounting process to the BPO team.

    • Completeness and accuracy in processing of traffic documents.
    • Customer satisfaction.
    • Timely and accurate financial reports.
    • Timely reconciliation and resolution of processing error queues.

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

    • KCSE Mean Grade B Plain.
    • Financial/Accounting Qualifications (CPA or ACCA Part I).
    • Industrial experience.

    Brs Controller.baggage Services

    ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT

    To ensure and maintain a healthy, safe, Secure and working environment, in compliance with the relevant industry regulatory and legislative requirements, company procedures, regulatory authorities and requirement of the customer airlines

    To ensure that all baggage being loaded into the aircraft are Accounted And Authorized to ensure 100% accountability and reconciliation of customers and their baggage in line with regulatory and company security policy

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Embrace and maintain a positive safety culture, healthy and secure working environment in compliance with company procedures, regulatory authorities and requirements of customer airlines.
    • Identify and report hazards, near misses, incidents and accidents.
    • Ensure 100% accurate reconciliation and accountability of passengers’ baggage.
    • Inform Passenger Services transfer unit / Gate of identified unauthorized baggage.
    • Control and authorize bags to be loaded in the aircraft.
    • Liaise with and alert load control and passenger services of any bags yet to be Authorized for loading
    • Liaise with and alert load control and passenger services of any bags yet to be seen for loading.
    • Timely verification and accounting for baggage offloaded and loaded at the Nairobi Hub.
    • Promptly send messages for baggage discrepancies to relevant recipients: at least originating station and destination.
    • Monitor transfer of baggage from inbound to outbound and alert Loading Supervisor to avoid mis-connection of bags.
    • Ensure that any information on unauthorized bags is passed on to the Loading Supervisor / Duty Baggage Supervisor for their immediate action
    • Monitor and ensure that loading in all flights is closed timely to ensure on time departure of the aircraft.
    • Compile and distribute post flight and daily baggage report on flights handled.
    • Adhere to KQ WAY principals and best practices.

    • At least 1.5 years’ experience in airport customer service.
    • Knowledge of CODECO, CORDA and World Tracer
    • Knowledge of IATA baggage related resolutions/recommendations and baggage tracing systems.
    • Knowledge of Company Security Program.
    • Excellent communication skills
