    Command Center- Manager

    About the job

    • As the Manager-Command Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the various teams within the command center. You will be the focal point for all operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and collaboration among the teams. Your primary objective will be to optimize the command center’s efficiency and effectiveness, guaranteeing timely and accurate response to incidents and emergencies. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with team members and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Team Management: Oversee and manage multiple teams within the command center, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
    • Operational Oversight: Monitor day-to-day activities of the command center to ensure seamless functioning and timely response to incidents and emergencies.
    • Incident Coordination: Coordinate and lead incident response activities across teams, adhering to established protocols and escalation procedures.
    • Resource Allocation: Allocate and optimize resources across different teams to meet operational demands and maintain continuous coverage.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in all aspects of manage a command centre.
    • 1 year in administrative and managerial position People management.
    • Expert communication skills.
    • Highly motivated professional with desire to grow.
    • Flexible to working on different hours.
    • Ability to handle a large volume of work possibly under time constrains.
    • Able to build solid relationships.
    • IT skills will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to excess sound judgement.
    • High level of responsiveness to react issues.
    • Demonstrable experience of managing and delivering successful outcomes.
    • Creative thinking balanced with strong analysis that can provide insight into the business case, solution or project direction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience in managing teams and operations, preferably in a command center or similar setting.
    • Knowledge of surveillance, monitoring, and emergency response protocols.
    • Familiarity with command center technology and systems.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

    Head of Security, Surveillance & Investigations

    • The Head of Security, Surveillance & Investigations is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies and measures to safeguard our organization's assets, personnel, and information. Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a strategic security plan aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols for security operations, surveillance, and investigations.
    • Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks and threats.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement security awareness and training programs.
    • Manage and lead a team of security professionals, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
    • Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement agencies as required.
    • Conduct periodic audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Security Management) or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, with at least 7 years of experience managing security teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and industry best practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
    • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to security.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus.
    • Ability to travel as required.

    Lead Scheduler

    Role Purpose:

    • The Role is responsible for developing optimized transportation schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maintaining accurate records. He/ She plays a crucial role in coordinating with the Transport and Logistics Supervisors to meet transportation requirements and optimize route planning.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop transportation schedules and routes to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and meet customer requirements.
    • Collaborate with the transport and logistics supervisor, drivers, and other teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of transportation schedules.
    • Monitor transportation operations and make real-time adjustments to schedules as per changing requirements or disruptions.
    • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including schedules, routes, delivery times, and any incidents or deviations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and warehouse, to ensure accurate and timely communication of transportation requirements.
    • Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement, such as route optimization, resource allocation, or load consolidation.
    • Liaise with transportation service providers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and other transportation-related activities.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). A degree in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation scheduling, route planning, or logistics coordination.
    • Proficiency in using transportation management systems, routing software, and other relevant tools.
    • Strong analytical skills to optimize transportation schedules, routes, and resource allocation.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work closely with drivers, internal teams, and external service providers.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make real-time adjustments to schedules.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts or disruptions efficiently.
    • Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards.
