    Job Description

    Our client an IT company is URGENTLY seeking to recruit Accounting Interns to join their dedicated team.

    Responsibilities

    • Shadowing members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties
    • Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
    • Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
    • Working with bookkeeping software
    • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
    • Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients
    • Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations

    Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance.
    • Studies in accounting packages such as ACCA OR CPA is a requirement.
    • Knowledge of Information technology is an added advantage.

    Job Description

    An ABD is responsible for the execution of provided sales strategy, driving profitable growth in line with the Company’s objectives.

    Roles

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
    • Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

    Job Qualifications

    • At least 1 year proven work experience as a Sales Executive

    Client Service

    Our client in tracking industry is currently looking for Client Service Officer to join their dedicated team in Mombasa.

    Duties

    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
    • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
    • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
    • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
    • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
    • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
    • Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.
    • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
    • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
    • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
    • Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
    • Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
    • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

    Job Qualifications

    • Degree in relationship management, Public relations or any business related course.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in the field.
    • Strong Relationship Building
    • Customer Service Skills
    • Communication skills both written and oral

    KPI’s

    • Product knowledge.
    • Feedback from clients on quality of service they are receiving.
    • Maintaining existing clients and sorting out their complaints/concern
