Architect Job Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from development through to practical completion.
• Competent design skills,technical skills,supervision and programming of jobs are essential.
• Good working knowledge of contract conditions and administration.
• Ability to co-ordinate and share consultants information.
• Office administration responsibilities at the discretion of the Directors.
• Identification of clients and new work.
• Fully conversant with Council building legislation and building bye-laws in general.
• To ensure CISFB numbering-coding is properly implemented.
• Fully conversant with ArchiCad and Auto CAD drawing office procedure.

Qualification for the Architect Job

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Registration with the Architects Registration Board.
• Archicad and BIM conversant.
• Minimum 10 years post-graduation experience.
• Knowledge of building bye-laws and business world.
• UK knowledge required.

Sales & Marketing Job Key Responsibilities

• Bench-marking national and regional distributors and sub-distributors.
• Work closely with distributors to assess capabilities.
• Auditing distributor field structures.
• Monitor and evaluate route to market objectives.
• Territory management as well as journey and route planning.

Qualifications for the Sales & Marketing Job

• Must have a Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Must have above 5 years field sales and distribution experience selling FMCG products.
• Multinational experience would be an added advantage.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving company sales targets.
• Should be capable of thriving in competitive markets.
• Strong communication skills with business related knowledge skills.
• Computer literate.
• Must have the ability to work unsupervised.
• Must be willing to travel in Kenya.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
