    Procurement Manager

    The ideal candidate MUST have over 5 years experience in handling technicalities of international and local haulage/transportation. He/She MUST be conversant with knowledge of international commerce, finance and import/export laws in the FMCG industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle details relating to possibly international transportation and any necessary documentation.
    • Execute strategic and tactical sourcing for inventory as set out in the company programme.
    • Monitoring, the inventory codes of all products in the shipment.
    • Ensure proper pricing and distribution once the goods land.
    • Evaluate the markets and sources of supply across the globe.
    • Provide reporting and diagnostics on areas of sourcing, supply and spend as required.
    • Draft and negotiate agreements with suppliers ensuring that proper legal principles are applied.
    • Assess operational risks of current and potential supply opportunities.
    • Ensures full compliance with all quality assurance standards.
    • Prepare reports on all activities carried out and present the same to the GM.
    • Any other duties that the Management may assign.

    Qualifications:

    Must have 5 years plus working procurement experience in FMCG industry.
    Must have a Degree/Diploma in supplies management or related field.
    Must be a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
    Must have a CIPS qualification.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Computer literate.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.

    Head of Marketing and PR

    The ideal candidate MUST have experience and consistent track record of successful product market introductions and execution of market plans. He/She will be responsible for in-store excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop go-to-market strategy, market introduction plan of specified product categories.
    • Develop and implement strategic PR programs to achieve significant increases in brand awareness.
    • Local activation and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns defined with value suppliers.
    • Planning, execution and supervision of key product launches & marketing activities. Competitive benchmarking and using market intelligence data where available.
    • On-going product information and training for retail staff.
    • Briefing, developing, and executing of POP Materials (hardware & software).
    • Managing, tracking, and evaluating budget to deliver effective in-store activation and category management.
    • Quarterly activity planning with managers on prioritizing in-store, trade etc

    Qualifications:

    Must have a Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
    Must have above 4 years marketing and PR experience in the FMCG/Retail sector.
    Must have experience of in-store excellence.
    • Proven success in both traditional and interactive PR channels.
    • Proficient with MS Office and PR applications.
    • WordPress or videoblogging skills an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.

    Stock Controller

    The ideal candidate Must oversee the management, purchase and replenishment of goods to ensure maintenance of stock levels. In addition, have working experience in the retail or FMCG industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems.
    • Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters
    • Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of sales and shorter lead times.
    • Oversee the standard of merchandising to ensure appropriate presentation of stock.
    • Collaborate with production personnel to ensure manufactured products are of consistent quality.
    • Oversee the functionality of electronic ordering systems and POS systems
    • Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock
    • Carry out stock management operations in line with set product/retail policies and procedures
    • Utilize specialized programs in maintaining record of store execution performance
    • Oversee the placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time

    Qualifications:

    Must have 4 years plus stock control experience in FMCG/retail industry.
    Must have a Degree/Diploma in supplies management or related field.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Computer literate.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.

    Digital Marketer

    The ideal candidate MUST be able to develop, implement, track and optimize the company’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. In addition, they should be tech savvy and ability to work with multiple social media tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
    • Assess all digital campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
    • Evaluate across multiple channels and customer touch points the customer experience.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies.
    • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    Qualifications:

    Must have a Degree in I.T/Marketing or related field.
    Must have above 3 years’ experience in digital marketing.
    • Proven work experience working in retail and FMCG industry.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    Must have experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
    Must have solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (Google Analytics).
    Must be willing to work in a high pressure environment.
