    Club Supervisor - Thika

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As a Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our club, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our members and guests.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
    • Manage and supervise daily operations of the club, including facilities, staff, and activities.
    • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate club staff to deliver excellence in service.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
    • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of club events and activities.
    • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections.
    • Preparation of reports on club activities, budget, and performance as required.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

    Digital Marketer - Industrial Area

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Your main duties will include planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Attract traffic to the company’s social media platforms.
    • Manage Digital Marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
    • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
    • Create, manage all published content (images, video and written).
    • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
    • Develop and expand community and/or influence outreach efforts.
    • Oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile picture, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)
    • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
    • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
    •  Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
    • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate in full liaison with the Directors.
    • Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
    • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
    • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company.
    • Report notable threats to appropriate management.
    • Analyze campaigns and translate unreliable data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results sales and branding.
    • Other duties as assigned by the management.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Diploma or relevant certificates
    • Previous experience in an FMCG company
    • 2-3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
    • Submit  portfolio upon application
    • Digital/social media marketing experience in a busy company
    • Customer service Skills
    • Very creative
