    Human Resource Manager – Hospitality

    The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinates the recruitment and placement of new staff as required and conducts staff orientation.    
    • Develops and coordinates staff duty rosters and ensures optimum staffing levels for daily operations including annual leave planning and sick leave management.
    • Updates staff daily attendance schedules
    • Identifies training needs for staff both on an individual basis as well as company-focused training programs.
    • Develops, coordinates, and conducts employee performance appraisals.
    • Reviews, analyzes, updates, and recommends revisions of company policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensures all the staff are familiar with and compliant with employment guidelines.
    • Updates & maintains all the required HR documentation/records for all staff within the organization.
    • Prepares and processes the monthly payroll inputs.
    • Maintains accurate administrative records and preparation of admin reports as required.
    • Schedules and coordinates management meetings
    • Coordinates and concludes smooth staff separations.
    • Manage employee payroll and benefits, including calculating wages and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
    • Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant labour laws and regulations, such as minimum wage laws and safety regulations.
    • Maintain positive relationships with employees and address any concerns or issues that arise.
    • Engages with business partners with whom the company has business contractual obligations by facilitating employees in the acquisition of pre-requisite documentation that allows them access to the facilities and performs their duties
    • Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives and activities. 
    • Performs any other duties as may be required by management or superiors.

    Requirements and Skills 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.
    • Experience in the hospitality sector is a Must.
    • Familiarity with relevant labour laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Senior Marketing Executive – Tools Distribution

    Our client is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Executive who will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, creating e-business, generating plans for e-business, creating demand, and driving traffic to their online shops and showrooms.
    Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with the brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Positive growth of active customer base – E-shop campaigns and Top 10 product and key Business code performance – Achieve set targets.
    • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
    • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
    • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
    • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
    • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
    • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

    Requirements and skills

    • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum 5 + years in solid marketing and content creation.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
    • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
    • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
    • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    Direct Sales Representative-Paper

    • They seek to hire a Direct Sales Representative who will respond to walk-in customers, attend to customer inquiries through social media i.e. emails, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) etc. by providing product information, price and delivery timelines.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability and product uses.
    • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Handling customer complaints in liaison with quality and production to provide timely feedback on the complaint raised.
    • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
