    Grade 7&8 Teacher – Nakuru

    • He/She shall support students individually as well as provide engaging lessons that bring their subjects to life, as you inspire and motivate your students to do well. You will aim to make a positive impact on your students and become a source of encouragement and motivation to them and their studies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
    • Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
    • Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments,) to the learners.
    • Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
    • Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
    • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
    • Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
    • Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, or abuse.
    • Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars or conferences.
    • Any other duties assigned to you by the management within your capabilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Education Degree with two teaching subjects.
    • PI holder and have a Teachers Service Commission registration.
    • 2 – 5 years’ experience as a teacher and CBC competent.
    • Teaching computer science will be an added advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent written and spoken English, excellent IT skills, and excellent reporting skills.
    • Thorough knowledge of teaching with best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures.

    Company Secretary

    • They seek to hire a Company Secretary who will be an advisor of legal affairs and perform various administrative and corporate governance tasks for the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To ensure compliance with governance requirements across geographies where the Group has its offices.
    • For incorporating, managing companies, and adherence to company law of countries in Africa regions.
    • Drafting and vetting of Memorandum & Articles of Association
    • Provide advice to the senior executives while having high level responsibilities including governance structures and mechanism, corporate conduct within the regulatory environment, board and shareholder meetings and regulatory requirements and contact with regulatory and external bodies.
    • Managing and overseeing administration of all bank related contracts for Network.
    • Participating in the merger and acquisition process as and when required.
    • Perform Company Secretarial role for Group companies, as required from time to time, across jurisdictions in Africa.
    • Arrange for Board and Committee meetings, prepare, finalise and issue notice convening meetings, agenda packs, attend and prepare accurate minutes for the Board and Committee meetings.
    • Maintain statutory records for all group companies.
    • Provide support in the Merger and Acquisition process as required.
    • Act as the central internal point of contact for Group’s corporate information KYC requests.
    • Collaborate with external advisors as and when such needs arise.
    • Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
    • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
    • Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed and accredited university.
    • 10 – 15 years of experience in the same field, preferably within multinational Companies; out of which 5+ years as a Company Secretary.
    • Experience in a Tech and Intellectual Property or in a payments services business is an advantage.
    • Experience in attending to company secretarial matters in Africa.
    • Excellent interpersonal and drafting skills.
    • Experience in Corporate Governance matters, Mergers, and Acquisitions.
    • Expert knowledge of corporate laws.
    • Expert knowledge of Intellectual property law.
    • Expert knowledge of Commercial law.
    • Excellent in task planning and organizing.
    • Good knowledge of Legal procedures and provisions.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Ability and maturity to deal with senior team members within the Group.
    • Ability to efficiently handle multiple assignments across different jurisdictions.

    Sales Representative – Nairobi

    • Our client in the Wines and Spirit industry seeks to hire a Sales Representative to support the Sales Manager in planning, delivering, and monitoring the Sales of a specific off-trade segment, by client, brand, and SKU.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implementing channel & account strategies, terms and conditions, and other best practices in the identified accounts, ensuring the best advantage for each brand/category is achieved profitably.
    • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of developments in the accounts and exploit all the opportunities.
    • To take ownership of maximizing business volume through successful implementation, execution, and evaluation of key sales functions to enhance sustainable growth and profitability for the company.
    • Successful execution of the business plans (account activity grids as agreed with the Sales Manager).
    • Servicing (including selling, merchandising, accounts growth planning and implementation, relations building, promotions, and activations).

    • Ensure Brand training and understanding including prioritization with all partners and their team.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and Trade marketing teams to develop appropriate plans for each market.
    • Influence consumer promotional plans and manage execution with 3rd Party agencies or distributor teams in partnership with the Marketing Team.
    • Ensure that all 3rd Parties adhere to the company code of business conduct relevant to the geographic area.
    • Ensure that 3rd Party sales teams have an understanding of alcohol policy, and procedures relevant to defined geographic area.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and accredited university.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales experience from a busy FMCG company.
    • Experience with General trade and Modern trade.
    • Valid driving license.
    • Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills both with internal and external relationships.
