    Recruitment Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive and strategic prospecting methods such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals. 
    • Research and target potential clients to initiate new business relationships. 
    • Customize sales presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of potential clients. 
    • Understand client businesses and their specific challenges to effectively position the company’s solutions. 
    • Develop strategic talent sourcing techniques including shortlisting and headhunting 
    • Interview candidates based on employer partner requirements. 
    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and relationship management. 
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective strategies and closing techniques. 
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals. 
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. 
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 
    • Prepare and present regular account management reports and forecasts to management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement. 
    • Provide feedback to the Management on client needs, and competitive intelligence. 
    • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve business objectives. 
    • Implement corrective actions and strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency. 
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns. 

    Key Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consultancy set up. 
    • Must have Business Acumen. 
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets. 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.

    Legal and Compliance Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities 

    • Organize and effectively manage the company’s Legal and Compliance function.
    • Design, coordinate, and manage for effectiveness, of a Compliance Matrix for internal reporting, legal compliance, and regulatory/statutory reporting.
    • Support Legal, Internal Audit, and Risk Management teams in the revision and enforcement of all Company Policies for the annual sign-off by Management.
    • Handle, in conjunction with the company Data Officer, the Data Protection Responsibilities and Activities of the Company.
    • Take charge and be responsible for Registry Maintenance, Property Management and Document Control
    • Provide support where required with Legal Drafting and Conveyance.
    • Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals to support the Company Secretariat with the audit of company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible compliance weaknesses, breaches, conflicts, or risks.
    • Responsible for keeping abreast with new/revised relevant regulations, governmental activities and information for circulation to Management and inclusion with materials for training and circulation to workforce and company Accelerate.
    • Provides all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by the Group Company Secretary & Legal Counsel.

    Qualifications:  

    • Law Degree
    • Professional membership in a relevant industry association is required
    • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a legal and/or compliance function within a financial services or manufacturing organization.

    Operations Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for supporting the implementation of all marketing activities (menu launches, new product launches, promotions)
    • Responsible for development and implementation of franchisee best operating practice financial benchmarks i.e. driving individual franchisee profitability
    • Satisfactorily manage customer queries and expectations
    • Host, co-ordinate and attend meetings and strategic meetings.
    • Drive and support the New Store development plans and successful implementation of revamps
    • Manage and maintain strong relationships with the key strategic partners
    • Implement, manage, and develop strong relationships with delivery aggregators while entrenching own delivery ecosystem 
    • Manage company stores to achieve brand leading standards and meet financial KPI’s

    Key Qualifications

    • Must have a minimum of 3 years in management or leading a team

    Marketing Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the internal marketing and communications promotional calendar, ensuring deliverables are executed on time and advising team members on due dates.
    • Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. 
    • Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration 
    • Lead generation
    • Collaborate with the various departments to launch local activations
    • Concept around, and execute promotional offers, ensuring all are communicated through the appropriate channels
    • Manage invoice tracking and monthly breakdown of marketing costs against budget.
    • Align with digital and social media to define content calendar in addition to content; i.e. restaurant e-Newsletters

     Key Qualifications

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or similar discipline
    • 2 years’ experience in marketing and communications, ideally in the hospitality or restaurant industry
    • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
    • Excellent organization, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
